At Rock and Recycle Music, we take a great pride in the products we offer. Every instrument we receive in we make sure that-

Appearance- All instruments are professionally cleaned, and wiped free of dust and fingerprints before we ship them out. All cosmetic issues are disclosed in the descriptions, and we try to make it a point to make sure these are all photographed.

Function- All electronics and hardware are checked both physically and tone wise. In the event electronics need to be replaced, we will ensure that these issues are taken care of before it hits the sales floor.

Ready to Play-A Simple setup is
often done on all instruments before they are shipped out. Player preferences may deviate from strings gauges and tunings.

Accountability-All instruments are FULLY INSURED in the event it is damaged during shipping.
